I was invited to serve as an expert on the Online Mentoring for STEM Talent Development International Expert Summit organized at the University of Regensburg, Germany in 2019. I talked about the Mentored Innovation Model, an online mentoring program which aims to encourage collaboration. I co-designed and validated this model in several contexts, and presented design features, generic mentoring practices as well as online mentor competences at the summit. The Global Talent Mentoring Team is led by Prof. Dr. Heidrun Stoeger and sponsored by the World Giftedness Center.
