Educational Consultant for the Moholy-Nagy University of Arts (MOME) “The University of the Future Project”

I was invited to prepare a report and deliver a talk on the topic of “the future of education” from the perspective of 21st century skills and needs of next generation students. As MOME develops a new educational strategy and model, experts from different fields participate in knowledge-sharing. In the report, I discussed needs of adult learners and next generation students, reflected on the implications of various learning theories which underpin teaching and learning in higher education, as well as highlighted teaching strategies that enhance student learning, such as active learning and technology-supported learning. In my talk and later co-facilitated faculty discussion, I touched upon similar topics and shared hands-on strategies from my own international teaching practice.
